The AWANA ministry develops working partnerships between the church and parents to raise children and youth to know, love and serve Christ. We seek to:
Disciple youth to follow Christ
Equip parents to train children
Train volunteers for ministry
The ministry is open to all youth ages two to 18. Children do not have to be members of our church and parents who are not members of our church must submit to the authority and oversight of the leadership of the church. Children will be encouraged to make personal commitments to Christ and to align themselves with the ministry of our church. However, no membership requirement will be placed upon the child until they reach age 13, which is a reasonable age of consent.
